In order to assist you better we have outlined several facts about the Old Lahaina Luau that you might enjoy knowing.

 

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
  • We have implemented the following protocols in compliance with Hawaii state and local mandates. We have also adopted additional procedures we have deemed appropriate for the safety and health of our guests and our family of employees.
  • Contactless check-in will be with your mobile device. On the day of your luau, you will be sent a text message with a personal code that will be required at the time of check-in. Please keep this code on your phone for easy reference. • A brief health screening will be included in your check-in process

  • Our oceanfront grounds are completely open air, however guests should maintain a 6 foot social distance from other guests and luau staff while in attendance
  • Guests are required to wear face masks (gators, bandanas and face shields are not compliant in Hawaii) while anywhere on property and while moving about on property except while sitting at their personal table where they may be removed
  • Our seating capacity and occupancy limits have been reduced in compliance with local and state mandates to achieve appropriate social distancing
  • We have revised our seating arrangements – allowing only families or parties traveling together to share a table – with a maximum of 8 guests per table
  • Food will be served in multiple courses, plated and delivered to your party’s table
  • Beverages will also be ordered and served to your table. No walk-up bar service
  • All food and beverage handlers have been trained in the highest standards of safe food service preparation and handling in accordance with industry best practices
  • All Staff members are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) face coverings, gloves, etc. as required for their job tasks and in accordance with the direction of state and local authority

GPS: 1251 Front St, Lahaina, HI 96761

From the Kaanapali, Kahana, Kapalua area, take a right on Hwy 30, traveling approximately 5-miles (+-) until you see the Lahaina Cannery Mall on your right. Turn right at the signal by Safeway Grocery and left at the stop sign. The beautiful Seaside Village of the Old Lahaina Luau is on your right 2-blocks. Drive Time 10-Minutes

From the Kihei, Wailea, Makena area, take upper Hwy 31 (keeping the ocean on your left). Bypassing the turn onto Hwy 311 (toward Kahului), turn left at the next traffic light onto Hwy 310 toward Lahaina. You will be on Hwy 310 for 3-miles until you dead-end onto Hwy 30. Turning left on Hwy 30, travel approximately 18-miles to Lahaina. Bypassing the turns to Lahaina Town, continue on Hwy 30 less than 1-mile until you see the Lahaina Cannery Mall on your left. Turn left at the signal by Safeway Grocery and a left at the stop sign. Proceed 1-block until you see the beautiful Seaside Village for the Old Lahaina Luau on your right. Drive Time 50-Minutes

When is my reservation confirmed
Your request for reservations is completed upon the receipt of your confirmation itinerary. Depending upon the time of day your request is submitted, you will receive your confirmed email within 12-business hours at the latest. Your itinerary will include the date of your event, your confirmation number, check-in time and directions from your accommodations.

Seating Chart
We are often asked where your exact seats will be. All seats are reserved and assigned when the reservation is confirmed. Since it is likely that there will be cancellations that were made prior to your reservation for the same day, your seats will most likely improve. The most important factor, request your seats as early as possible.
Open Bar / Adult Beverage Service
In order to be served any adult beverage, guests should be 21-years of age or older and must present a valid photo ID upon request. No exceptions please!
Parking
Old Lahaina Luau offers plenty of ample parking, on-site or directly across the street from the venue, at no charge.

Cancellation Policy
Parties of seven (7) or less must provide a minimum 48-hour advance notice prior to the date and check-in time of the Old Lahaina Luau. Parties of eight (8) or more must provide a minimum 72-hour advance notice. Reservations providing less than the required minimums or No-Shows will be charged in full. Cancellations and revisions must be made directly with BestMauiLuau.com.
