A crowd may gather as the Kalua pig is unearthed from the imu, a traditional Hawaiian underground oven.
After the imu ceremony, dinner is served. The Old Lahaina Luaus food is legendary and I think you will agree. Choose from Kalua pig, baked mahi mahi, pulehu steak, chicken long rice, guava glazed chicken, stir fry veggies, fried rice, sweet potato and more.
The salad bar includes lomi lomi salmon, taro salad, pahole salad, island crab salad, poke, poi, fresh green salad, fresh island fruits and an assortment of rolls and breads.
Pick up some delicious desserts from the sweets table, and help yourself to coffee, tea, tropical juices, soft drinks or you can try the open bar for your favorite tropical concoction.
